The Naturoo range came about because many of the chefs we spoke to were unhappy with the supplies of Kangaroo meat they had been able to source up to that time.

Many chefs said that Kangaroo was inconsistent and that they would open a bag and have some small fillets mixed in with large ones and a range of results from great to really poor.

So the Naturoo range was created to provide chefs with the consistency they need to turn out fantastic dishes reliably each time.

The sale of our portioned and value added Naturoo Kangaroo Meat products now well exceeds the sale of normal kangaroo primal cuts. This is because we developed the range in conjunction with chefs to meet their requirements. The Naturoo HR range provides not only consistency in both product and outcome but also is far more cost effective than primals with virtually no wastage or preparation required.
